Rachel Penney

Aethetics and Botox Specialist

Hi my name is Rachel  the owner of coastal Aesthetics.

I am a qualified paediatric specialist nurse currently working with the NHS. I have over 16 years nursing experience, where I have specialised in injection theory and techniques. This has enabled me to follow my love for aesthetics. I have trained and continue to enhance my skills in the world renowned home of Aesthetics, Harley St. London.

I have specialised in anti- wrinkle treatment using BotulinumToxin Type A (BOTOX®) and Dermal fillers using the juverderm range. Theses are the leading products in the world.

I believe in enhancing and preserving natural beauty.

I use Botulinum Toxin Type A other wise known as  BOTOX® to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. BOTOX® is considered the safest anti- wrinkle treatment as it’s used in tiny amounts and administered by licensed practitioners only.

BOTOX®, smooths fine lines by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles. The injected muscle can no longer contract, which causes the wrinkles to relax and soften. It’s takes 5-7 days to work and can last for up to 6 months.

I conduct a monthly prescriber clinic for anyone considering anti- wrinkle treatment, this is a nurse led clinic by myself and my Aesthetics nurse prescriber Nicky Godfrey, a specialist in Aesthetics.

Juverderm is a family of injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in our bodies, it  provides 9 months to one year of correction for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, restoration of lip volume and enhancement any lower areas of the face. This creates plumper lips, and reduces stubborn lines and wrinkles whilst enhancing natural beauty.

I adhere to NHS guidelines and legislation and I am governed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC.

The Angel Lady

Hello my name is Tracy otherwise known as 'The Angel Lady'.I work from The Water Edge Retreat as an Angel card reader & spiritual medium.

My spiritual journey started 20 years ago at Penzance Spiritualist Church, situated in Bread street, where it still runs regular circles and services. During this time i have sat in several different spiritual developement circles. Sitting in circle helps develop my mediumship and build my faith in my guides and inspirers. They have led me to where i am today~ inspiring me to give Angel card readings and stand on platform delivering spiritual messages. I never take my connection to the angels and my spirit guides for granted. It truely is a gift and one that could be taken away tomorrow should they so wish!

If you are wondering What is an angel card reading? Then in simple terms the Angel cards are used as a tool to connect with The Angels and loved ones in spirit through mediumship. Both the messages on the cards and messages from spirit blend together. I work with 3 sets of Angel cards all slightly different in appearance and spiritual purpose but all offering support and upliftment on a warm and loving vibration. I like my clients to leave feeling spiritually enlightened not afraid. My readings will never leave you feeling worried, that is not my spiritual intention, nor that of my spiritual guides and inspirers. One should leave feeling lighter and uplifted!

All 1 hour readings are £20. If you would like to book please call or message on 07922117712 or alternatively visit my facebook page - The Angel Lady: you can message me or find out more information via my posts and reviews.

Love & light to you all🌺

Chakra Alignment treatment cleanses the aura and the main 7 chakra centres to clear the flow of negative energy from the body, cleansing and balancing the body which can have a wonderfully positive healing and energising effect on the whole body.

Natasha Burns

Natasha is an experienced and qualified Homeopath, allergy tester and has a ZYTO bio-communication scanner which identifies in a simple hand scan which supplements you need and much more.

Natasha studied to be a Homeopath at the Salisbury Homeopathic College and qualified in 2011. She has a special interest in allergies and associated illnesses such as IBS, eczema, asthma, autism, ADHD and hay fever. She has also had great results in treating women's hormonal disorders such as period pain, migraines, infertility and menopause.

In 2018, Natasha continued her studies learning the Homeopathic Detox Therapy with Ton Jansen. This enables her to detox pharmaceutical drugs such as the contraceptive pill, antidepressants, steroids, antibiotics, antihistamines and others.

Natasha conducts allergy tests which can distinguish if your system is allergic to a specific food or substance. The allergen is then given back as a Homeopathic remedy to desensitise the system to that allergen, so there is less of a allergic response in the future.

The ZYTO nutritional scan measures the electrical magnetic changes in the skin to analyse which supplements your body needs. It also reports which organs are under stress and how to improve them. The ZYTO can identify issues with your sleep, or detoxification system, your endocrine system and much more. Detailed reports of your spine and teeth are provided, which can be taken to your dentist or chiropractor.

After Natasha lost her health in a car accident she has a unique understanding of what it takes for someone to recover their health and her goal is to get you better as quick as possible.

Thermalogica Health Screening

Inspiring you to take charge of your lifestyle

Thermal Imaging is a harmless, painless, contactless screening tool for men, women and children and can be repeated as often as necessary. It uses a Thermal Imaging camera and digital infra-red heat map technology to see areas of inflammation. This is the pre-cursor to many chronic health issues and can pinpoint pain and injury sites, often before the symptoms appear. This could allow for rapid clinical diagnosis and treatment.

This clinical test is widely used in the USA and Europe and is supported by over 30 years of research and more than 8000 published medical studies.

Campaigning for better health

One of the areas where Thermal Imaging proves most popular is for breast health checks.

Mammograms and ultrasounds rely on mass and structure so generally will not pick up a tumour until it is a certain size, by which time it has likely to have been growing for several years.

Please be aware that Thermal Imaging alongside Mammography and Ultrasounds are not diagnostic tools, only blood tests and biopsies can do that. You may well be more at risk of breast health issues if you have dense breast tissue and screening by mammography alone could possibly be less effective for these women. Take a look at our Breast Density Matters UK facebook page.

“An excellent risk free screening. Thermography is a comfortable and non-invasive way to monitor health and see early indications on a number of conditions. Terri and Lisa are professional, friendly and helpful and I will definitely add thermographic imaging to my routine healthcare check ups” M.K. Kingston-Upon-Thames

What Exactly Is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal Imaging is a harmless, painless, contactless screening tool. The technology used in Thermal Imaging takes a picture and creates a map, or thermal fingerprint of the body, which can give you a visual guide to how your body is functioning.

How Does Thermal Imaging Work?

A camera is used to convert infrared imaging from the skin surface into electrical impulses that are shown in colour on a monitor. This visual image maps the body temperature and is referred to as a Thermogram. The spectrum of colours indicate an increase or decrease in the amount of heat being emitted from the surface of the body. Since the body is thermally symmetrical, any subtle abnormal differences in temperature are easily identified. Thermal Imaging is highly sensitive to variations in the vascular, muscular, neural and skeletal systems and can contribute valuable information to help toward a diagnosis made by a doctor. Because Thermal Imaging shows active inflammation and increased blood supply, very often it can see problems earlier than other tools such as x-rays, ultrasound and mammograms. It is well documented in medicine that heat and temperature changes are one of the first indicators of disease and dysfunction in the body. For example, chronic diseases, even in their earliest stages, cause the formation of new blood vessels and an increase in surface temperature in the affected regions. Changes in physiology can occur seven to ten years before anatomic ones.  Thermal imaging picks up on the physiological heat changes occurring in the body and monitors them over time, allowing a detailed picture of your health and any changes, to be built up. This knowledge puts you in control and allows you the opportunity of taking preventative action.

Why Do I Need It?

Early stage diagnosis and treatment is crucial for many diseases. It allows for more proactive and less invasive treatment options to be implemented. Early detection of disease and injury also allows for faster recovery. Thermal imaging can also pinpoint and highlight sites of unexplained pain and trauma in the body. This could help towards a more rapid and accurate diagnosis in athletes of pain and trauma sites that other screening devices may miss.

How Safe and Effective Is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal Imaging is 100% safe. It uses no ionising radiation and moreover, there are no side effects. It is suitable for all ages – even young children and babies. Thermal imaging is an adjunctive test, which contributes to the process of differential diagnosis, and is not independently diagnostic of pathology. Breast thermography screening is an adjunctive test to mammography, ultrasound and MRI. It is a specialised physiological test designed to detect angiogenesis, hyperthermia from nitric oxide, oestrogen dominance, lymph abnormality and inflammatory processes including inflammatory breast disease, all of which cannot be detected with structural tests. Follow-up and interval screening of less than 12 months should be determined by the patient’s healthcare professional as considered appropriate. Breast thermography is a way of monitoring breast health over time.
